Insert External Links in WordPress
1. In your Dashboard, click on Pages tab, which is located on the left sidebar, and then either add a new page or open an existing one.
2. Copy the external link that you want to use.
3. Highlight the text you want to link to and then click on Insert/Edit link button and once the box opens, past your link.
4. Once you are done with adding different components on your page and you are ready to make it live, click the “Update” button, else if you want to see how it looks with recent changes, click “Preview“.
